● ITEC level 3 Indian Head Massage
● Deep Tissue Techniques
● Trigger Point Therapy
● Abdominal massage
● Massage for Sciatic pain and Piriformis Syndrome
● Lymphatic Massage
● Massage for Arthritis and Degenerative Disease
● On-site-chair massage

I am currently a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.

I have Enhanced DBS clearance and Public Liability Insurance.

After 15 years of working as a Veterinary Nurse, I decided to take a new direction and work with people. I applied and was accepted to study at St George’s University of London where I gained a 2:1 degree in Physiotherapy in 2010.

I went on to work for 4 years in a NHS community team specialising in Palliative Care where I treated many patients with massage therapy.

I realised that my passion and skill lay in “hands on” massage practice.  I therefore continued to learn and improve my massage skills by gaining ITEC level 3 Massage qualification; achieving 83% in the practical examination.

I have continued to build on this qualification by regularly attending workshops to add further skills to my practice.

I have maintained my links with Palliative Care by volunteering weekly to provide massage at St Luke’s hospice in Harrow alongside my work as a private therapist. This work has meant that I have DBS clearance.

I also enjoy volunteering at the London Moonwalk in aid of Breast Cancer charities and at the London Marathon. I’ve also kept medical links alive by working on reception at my local GP surgery on a part time basis to complement my massage work.
