I am currently a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.

I have Enhanced DBS clearance and Public Liability Insurance.

After 15 years of working as a Veterinary Nurse, I decided to take a new direction and work with people. I applied and was accepted to study at St George’s University of London where I gained a 2:1 degree in Physiotherapy in 2010.

I went on to work for 4 years in a NHS community team specialising in Palliative Care where I treated many patients with massage therapy.

I realised that my passion and skill lay in “hands on” massage practice.  I therefore continued to learn and improve my massage skills by gaining ITEC level 3 Massage qualification; achieving 83% in the practical examination.

I have continued to build on this qualification by regularly attending workshops and courses to add further skills to my practice. In August 2022 I qualified at level 5 in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy.

I have maintained my links with Palliative Care by volunteering weekly to provide massage at St Luke’s hospice in Harrow alongside my work as a private therapist. This work has meant that I have DBS clearance.

I also enjoy volunteering at the London Moonwalk in aid of Breast Cancer charities and at the London Marathon.
